The Maddie's Spay/Neuter Project has been designed to help residents in Maricopa County. In order to qualify for the AHCCCS or Pit Bull spay/neuter program you must be able to show proof of residency in Maricopa County through a photo identification. In addition, AHCCCS recipients must provide their AHCCCS card (names on photo identification and AHCCCS card must match otherwise additional documentation may be requested).
