We had an appointment this morning for Abby to get her final round of puppy shots at the vet.
We were more than a little worried last night as she had quite the vomit episode.
She started about midnight and then vomited numerous times until 1:30 this morning.
Along with her dinner there were pieces of clothing she has swallowed mainly socks and womens nylon hose and about a 2" diam rock.
While at the vet we asked if she should get an X ray to see if there are more objects that may cause her issues and the Vet Agreed that it would be a good idea.
Thankfully the X rays showed no abnormal foreigh objects and she had poop where it should be and gas where it should be so he felt confident all was well and she was able to have her shots.
I have been counting the days as I have really wanted to get her out and socializing with other dogs and people, and the Vet said it is OK now to do so.
So all is well in my little world at the moment and Abby is feeling good and energetic like the battery bunny on the commercials.
She did so well at the Vet with all the other animals around especially the very friendly and shedding yellow lab next to us, I thought Mastiffs drooled a lot lol, good thing I wore some old shorts and a Tee to the vet visit.
Oh and at 14 weeks she weighs 37.2 pounds, she is leggy and thin but the vet said healthy.
