A little gross but I need help!

My older OEM Boss just started eating my pups poo! It has been going on for about a week. I'm not sure if it's a dominance thing or if he is smelling food in the pups waste? I haven't changed there food. It is so gross. Does anyone have any tips/tricks to stop this? Please help. ray:

I've never heard of that but I'll give it a shot! Everyone in the house is avoiding him(except me) and I feel bad for the old guy. Thanks for the idea!

Unfortunately that is just dog. I have several that do it, makes me sick and angry every time I catch them. I will never accept the fact they do this.

There is a powder that you can put in your older dogs food as well as your puppies food that will make the Poop taste Bad(lol to the dog). You can find it at most pet suppliers and a Vet practice. It is called Accidophilus.

in a pinch you can also sprinkle meat tenderizer on the food and it makes the poo taste bad to them. i wouldn't do that long term though because of the sodium in most meat tenderizers.

We've tried all the powders and supplements, but Denna still thinks her own poo is tasty. We have a good "leave it" command... but if we don't pick it up, she'll run right to the pile on her next outdoor excursion to 'clean up' the yard for us. Luckily (?!?) she doesn't care of other dog's leavings... just her own.
