This is just a cute video of my daughter, Chase, who is 2 years old now, feeding our dogs (which includes a Cane Corso and a Boerboel)...

For those of you who do not know, or are wondering, we run a preservation for a Japanese hunting breed call the Kai Ken. So, all the black/brindle little spitz dogs are Kai Ken.

Very Cool!! I think most men wish for a son before they have kids. But you can never realize the joy little girls bring until you have one, they are special.

Don't you just love the age when they start wanting to help? Danni has to come on the morning routine with me every morning making sure to give everyone their dishes :)

Thanks! Oh yea, the dogs are a ton of work! But, they're worth it. :)

Chase was a boy... at least that's what they told us in our ultra sound. Then, she was born, and I was just in love. I didn't realize how much I wanted a gorl until she was here, now I am so happy she is a "she". :)

We named "him" Chase, then "he" became a "she" and we were attached to the name so we kept it. I think it works well for a girl too.

I love it. She is so excited to help at feeding time. It makes it a lot of fun!

Beautiful daughter! Bless you with all of those dogs!
Thank you! :)

LOVE IT! Your daughter is gorgeous!
Blue is ssoooo patient, lol.
My son's "job" is feeding the dogs as well, is awesome for both kids and dogs IMO.
He started at about the same age, now they sit so patiently until he gives the Eat command.

We have 2 girls now... and depending on who you are talking to in the family (the ones that want them to be girly or the ones that like tom boys) will depend on the name you hear. We have Dannika that goes by Danni for the tom boy people and Mackenna that goes by kenna for those that like the girly aspect and Mac for those that like the tom boy :)

Danni loves feeding time but we have learned that having her help with water isn't the greatest idea at this point :) Kibble is so much easier to clean up then buckets of water lol!

So precious! My son just turned three and has only now expressed any interest in helping feed the cats. Your daughter really knows what she's doing and is such a help to mom and dad (and the furry children)! They are so fun to watch together. There's a video on YouTube of a little boy (probably a year or so) with a full grown English mastiff that my son likes to watch to see how big Elvis will be one day. Kids and their mastiffs!

Too cute and they haven't eaten her yet? We let our 2 year daughter feed our dogs too- She started from her highchair (LOL)...now she carries their food bowls to them. Isn't it amazing how dogs can sense they are small children. We always monitor their interaction with our little one but what amazes me is that they can be hyper and running and if she walks around the corner they immediately stop and they always walk by her- they just know she's little.
