  • Welcome back!

We decided to spruce things up and fix some things under the hood. If you notice any issues, feel free to contact us as we're sure there are a few things here or there that we might have missed in our upgrade.

That dog looks like he is in amazing health. Look at that shiny coat and that nice lean muscular structure! BTW I'm not often a big fan of cropping and docking but his look really really good. I love the tail especially, great length, not too nubby. Super cute boy!

Thanks all for the feedback. Just want reassurance that we are doing fine. I personally don't care about his size we love Jim for who he is :)

I am not an expert. But i wanted to share what we were taught by a couple breeders. We were told during the development period (under 18 mths) since they are still growing now to over do the excerise. Especially under a year. After the year their growing does slow down in comparison to the months under a year. And maybe someone can clarify if this is correct information.

So could it be possible it be due to all the walking? What crosses my mind is like when we were kids and parents would say " hey dont be lift weights too much cause it stunts ur growth"

Again it might sound off... If i am... I apologize. It is just what came to mind. I am a noob to the cc world and still learning.

Look forward to see additional responses :)
well according to everyone I've talked to VET'S and TRAINERS....keep them to short walks..ABSOLUTELY NO STAIRS......(carry them) the shorter you keep the walks and exercise (until their joints are fully mature) the better it will be in the LONG TERM...particulary hip displacia...DISLOCATION...since my DANTE is growing at such a vast rate...about 26 lbs a month so far..he's over 78 lbs at 4 months now..i prefer to be cautious about long walks and heavy exercise until he's much older...

You can exercise the dog 5 minutes for every month of age with no excessive running, jumping, walking or jogging until 12 months of age. Stairs should be maneuvered slow and steady on leash, if necessary. Feed the raw chicken feet which is a nAtural resource of glucosamine to help their bones and joints.
