Awww.... They are so sweet. Love that black nose. They look so much alike. I would have a hard time telling them apart.

What did they have there fight over, i would certainly crate them seperate you can keep them close but its best to be safer than sorry as they grow, not all littermates get on as they grow, you will have to watch for this and work through it,

so , we had our first fight yesteday. was worse for me then it was for them lol. minor injuries look bad on white fur. I still crate them together. im about to change that up i guess. Ive read about super bonding, and thought it would help with them getting along. Ive had similiar issues with my beagles in the past, but we did overcome it. Any advice on the crating?

very handsome! congrats

I agree with Apirl and Nik....Have 2 crates. Still in the same area.... So they still have that closer feeling. And with them still being puppies their little teeth are very sharp. So I would bet they did more damage then intended. They're still learning just what their bite can do.
Such cute pictures.... Thanks for posting them

Thanks all for the input. Greatly appreciated! The fight was over a plastic bottle. I did hear a light growl for the 1st time. i took the bottle and tossed it. Went out to my truck to get another bottle. i always give them 2 of any toy. I came back in about a minute later if that. Then I heard crying. Frankie, the bigger guy had a lock on Brodie who was the one crying. I had to pry his mouth open to get them apart.Frankie had a puncture on his foot. I think he got bit too hard there and the pain from that pushed him over the top. Maybe your right Sheila he didnt mean to bite him that hard. Took me a while to get used to how rough they play. Now its scary again. Sometimes one will be biting the other and pulling too while the one being bit will just lay there chewing a toy, not seeming to mind at all or hardly even notice. 48 hours later all is well. They never separate, theyre always next to each other. My research has told me to let them play fight till 4 months. Which is 2 weeks away. I will gradually start now to discourage it.

Ive always intended to crate them seperately. The crate I got was $200. 3xl so i was just letting them share until I had money the money for a second crate.

Considering they are not only siblings but male littermates of a commonly SS DA (same sex dog aggression) breed... be sure to do your research on "littermate syndrome," and perhaps look into a regime of training/exercises you can utilize & practice now while they are young and more manageable to lessen the potential of issues (and at least increase their manageability) developing down the road. It would be wise to educate and prepare yourself on the matter considering how commonly this occurs with siblings... especially with males and ESPECIALLY with these types of dogs.

Good luck!!
