The goofy bear at my birdfeeder seemed to know what he was: when I stood with my camera and hollered, "Bear", he would peek around the feeder at me. I call him the "Peek-a-Boo Bear." One pic is Coal attacking the Frisbee. The butterfly is a Monarch on our, of all things, butterfly bush. The big woodpecker is known as a Pilated Woodpecker, at least as big as a large crow, the Woody Woodpecker style bird we rarely see. He is clinging to a long I put up with 1 1/2 inch holes filled with peanut butter. And the picture some have asked to see since no one can find the thing...is a blue heron with 6 foot wingspan getting some breakfast in the swamp. I forget why I was up so early that morning ???

Yeah, Mr. Bear...he was real. Those eyes spook me out, too. Must be the flash and those wide open pupils. Thanks, Mom of Deena. I'm thankful you made a comment. Some ask for more pictures, and when I post a few, no one says "Boo." Have a great day and send my best to you and yours. I am flying out west in a few days...perhaps I will fly over you !!!

I never noticed that before, but the "plums" are pretty obvious. Thanks for your kind response. Have a great week. Pic is me back in the rock and roll days of the late 80's---a recording group I was in. Thanks, Glen. It is good to be part of the "Mastiff Family" here on your site !!!

The bear was shoveling in paws-full of sunflower seeds, shells and all. Frankly, he didn't scare off easily. The grandson and I have quite a collection of butterflies and moths...sometime I will send a pic. I like your new picture, April. Were I you, I would not send your hubby any more rat pictures. Ok ?? Picture is the Quarterback Killer himself, #1 Grandson #55---- 6'5", 250...great for lifting heavy things around the house....and everything seems heavier the older I get ???DSC_0025 chris woods[1].jpg
