Anyone have experience with Dynasty Boerboels?

Hi, still researching the different mastiff breeds that are not big droolers. My most important factors are health, stable temperament, not overly active, naturally protective, will take well to obedience training (CGC), agility and therapy dog. Regarding Boerboels, I would prefer a slightly smaller and less dewelaped female. Curious about this breeder. Looks like they started in Ohio and are now in Tennessee. Thanks

Also, she has an available 12 wk old female with pics on Facebook under Dynasty Boerboels. I think the pup is very cute.

I'd visit and check all the paperwork prior to buying from them.

One of the places I was looking at last spring/summer.

I've been more impressed by what the parents have done than what 2 generations prior did and scored. They seem to be a lot about what the parents or grandparents of the breeding pair did than what they have done.

Did you see that they are breeding black dogs? Please do the research, as of last fall all black boerboels are suspended and not allowed to be registered.

Dynasty was also convicted of animals abuse in 2007 and all of her BBs were confiscated. She was forbidden to own dogs for a while, but now she has them again.

Wow, didn't know that. Thanks for some great insight. No wonder she us having trouble getting rid of the last pup. She had even offered to sell her to me for only $1200 plus shipping. She never asked me to full out an application, although I did offer her some info about myself and what I was looking for. Thanks everyone!

She has sold and received money for pups she didn't even have. Those people never got a dog or their money back. I was told she has no horses either and lives in the ghettos.

Oh boy, I decided to ask her why she is breeding black, when it's no longer an acceptable color. She said it was according to nabba and usba. I've now stopped liking and following her. Thanks again for the heads up.

Pretty soon there will be no legally registered Boerboels. I am starting to think the only way to go is to register with ABC AKC. USBA is defunct last I knew. Blackwell and David Harris started that registry. NABBA has no authority to register under South African Law. The South African Animal Improvement Act forbids all other register source except the one it appoints SABBS which has now been told to not allow the black dogs to be displayed, appraised or registered. They are allowed to birth register right now pending scientific DNA proof that they are a true part of the Boerboel history.

CaneCorsoLover you may wish to look at Buckeye Boerboels, they seem nice enough, so far they have been about the best I've seen in the area your looking at, which also is the same areas I'm looking.

Still working with a lot of person and home issues so not sure if I'll even be adding a new pup this year as I had planned though.

It's amazing all the smack talk. I own three boer boels from dynasty and all are great dogs. I visited with them and they was very friendly and amazing people and very helpful and had a awsome setup so all this talk I'm reading is crap I've been there and seen with my own eyes. They were always a phone call away and always kept in touch.
