Puppy Contract Help

Hello again!

I apologize for all the random posts on here but you are all such experts and I truly value your opinion. If I'm not allowed to post this on here please feel free to delete the post. Before we found out that we were accepted by a certain breeder I had written to another breeder asking for a copy of their contract. I just got an email the other day with a copy of the contract and wanted to insert it here for experts to read through and let me know if everything is ok? I realize that this breeder is keeping everything very black and white to ensure that the puppy has a good home and I am happy about that, however if anyone sees any red flags that I could possibly bring up with the breeder for further clarification, I would really appreciate it! p.s we are looking for a companion puppy if that helps anyone

That is a very thorough contract. I skimmed it and it looks pretty fair. Are you getting a companion, to which you would agree upon spay/neutering at 1year (not earlier). Also on page 4, you forgot to blur out the name of the breeder.
