  • Hi, am from uk and have recently joined, but this is my first post. Not sure if in the right place. Really could do with some advice. We welcomed our bullmastiff girl into our family about 3 months ago and she has been fantastic, very loving, no aggression at all, even with my mothers full grown st bernard. She is now 16 weeks and 22.5kg and very healthy. Then about 2 weeks ago we brought a male english mastiff as company. They are not left alone together and play great, sleep together curled into one another, but when play fighting it always seems to turn nasty. They are fine feeding in the same area, but will find a toy/anything and although there are loads about always want the same one and then it turns nasty, as although she is a lot bigger than him, he just will not give in and submit. I love them both dearly and do not want to have to get rid of one of them,is this normal and will it sort itself out, any advice would be greatly received, thank you for your time.
