  • Welcome back!

We decided to spruce things up and fix some things under the hood. If you notice any issues, feel free to contact us as we're sure there are a few things here or there that we might have missed in our upgrade.

She's home!

After a year and a half of careful planning, Dany is here! Rhaegar is a bit put out that he is not the baby of the family and the absolute center of our universe anymore, but we're taking it slow with him (leash walks together, separate in the house), but so far so good. The old dogs are just like "here we go again."

Amazing...words fall short. She's so beautiful. My husband asked if I would ever consider another puppy, but I said, "no." Bailey wouldn't like it. She's become ultra protective of Her Stuff, so, I think a new puppy would be a hard sell. Still, I watch you in your world and I wish we could welcome another little one...we are ga-ga about puppies. Keep the pics coming....it is inspiring!

It was a very difficult decision. One that we've been thinking about for over two years. Rhaegar also resource guards against the other dogs, so our life already involves a lot of management. But I've wanted a performance puppy for a long time. That is originally why we got Rhaegar, but he isn't suited for it and doesn't enjoy it. It doesn't make me adore him any less, of course. I also wanted any new puppy to get the benefit of having a couple of bomb proof dogs to learn appropriate dog-dog skills with, and Atlas and Mazey are really getting on up there in years. So I felt like it was now or never! Well, at least while Rhaegar is still with us, and I plan on him living a LONG time!

Such a face!!!! LOVE!!!

I don't see a picture of her with Rhaegar... is he avoiding her?? :)

He wasn't so much avoiding her as it was me avoiding having them loose together! He's doing really well with her now though. I've been walking them together now with him off leash, and he's doing great. Still no photos of them together yet though! I'm generally too busy hovering when they're together, lol.

Five months old now, and 54lbs. She's been super fun and a breeze to train. She's had her first agility class last week and did fantastic! She and Rhaegar are now playing very well together. I couldn't ask for things to have gone more smoothly! Some new pics:
