Heres a fun compliation video of our fun swimming date saturday! She loves swimming, loves to jump in and swim right to mom and dad because shes just so happy. (posted this in general but meant to post here)

Magisto Video | Pool fun with Zola

Sadly our friends has two big labs that arent trained, and one was very in love with Zola. He kept swimming towards her and pushed up under a few times, I got a little worried she might inhale water so I took her home. But she has a good hour of swimming, and I got a good workout swimming around her and pushing the other dogs away haha.I got a couple of her from underwater jumping in but I couldn't get those clips to get included. But what fun to have a dog that just loves the water.

Oh how I wish mine was water friendly, but no. It doesn't matter if it's a wading pool or a lake, it's a bath tub and she's sure of it.

Mine will get into the kiddie pool, the ocean, but NOT the tub. NO NO NO NO NO!
My neighbor keeps offering to have her swim in her pool;we'll see! They are such fun dogs, but NO BATHS please.

the first time she was a little unsure, we were very patient. But since these dogs LOVE to be at your side, once my husband and I were both in the pool, we got super excited and she got on the step and came in. Shes still a little uncoordinated with the stairs, half the time she kinda dunks herself because she misses the stairs haha.

Once my husband jumped off a few times, he got her really excited and then she loved jumping in too. now we just need to find more friends with pools that will let her come swim :)

She looks like she had a blast! I just bought a little pool for mine and had to lure her in with a treat. But I think she liked it overall

I loved the video!!! I try every day to get Natale in the pool. We're up to 3 paws on the first step. I really wish she would come in,I'm in and she just runs around and barks until I get out then wants to lay on me while I try to sun. She's not afraid of the water, when I shower she's half in half out just watching and trying to catch the water. She looks so goofy, back legs half way straight out and front legs over the side of the tub in the water. Taking a shower used to be simple......lol

That was so cool, you can plainly see how much she loves it and her humans. Great video.

If she's afraid of the water, I'd recommend a life vest. Some mastiffs sink like a rock.

yeah she starts to sink if her back legs stop moving.... if we take her to the lake I think I will buy her a life vest just so she doesnt get too tired and start to sink since she is so dense
